A counterbalance forklift is a machine commonly used for transporting goods and for loading and unloading vehicles. They are used indoors and outdoors.  It can be powered by electric, gas, or diesel. 

A reach truck is a compact machine designed for efficient operation in narrow aisles. This specialized truck is capable of lifting from high levels and is essential for stock control within the warehouse. Unlike a counterbalance forklift, which is better suited for outdoor use, reach trucks are typically used indoors, allowing operators to travel safely while seated sideways. 

A powered pallet truck (PPT) is an electrically driven machine designed for transporting pallets of goods in warehouses. Occasionally, they are also used to unload items from the back of lorries. Some models function as ride-on machines, allowing you to stand on the equipment, which minimizes the need for walking.
